Why we exist

Over the recent years, employers have commented that entry level employees don't have the necessary skill set to be employed productively by companies. Several studies by MNCs, Govt agencies, media houses indicate the huge gap between academic education and the vocational requirement. To add to the conundrum, the skills set requirements also vary from one company/industry to another.

The direction and nature of this development is leading to generational shortfall of the rich dividend the country's demographics should harness. We hope to make a difference.

Additionally, cost pressures and skill requirements have made companies look at staffing in India. There are more than 1500+ GCC which serve the requirements of larger companies. There is potential for a shared services platform that can cater to smaller businesses which don’t have scale to setup their own.
