We are an ecosystem for candidates and companies with our tech stack assisting in connecting talent with opportunities. Through our LMS we are catering to fulfill the knowledge gap for early/young professionals to potentially have a positive and direct impact as soon as these young professionals join an organisation.
We intend to achieve this by liaising with companies to understand their staffing requirements and by training and preparing a pool of young professionals for them to pick from basis fitment. Our training on our LMS is role enriched which allows a share of direct experience and industry anecdotes. Young professionals trained with us can differentiate between theory and practice by better understanding application. Companies get filtered tested candidates for the skills they seek.
